Placement Tips

Hang your hummingbird feeder in partial shade near flowers or a window where you can enjoy the action, 4 to 6 feet off the ground. Fill with nectar made from 1 part plain white sugar to 4 parts water, with no red dye. Change the nectar every 2 to 3 days in hot weather (every 5 to 6 days when it is cooler) and rinse the feeder with hot water each time you refill.
