Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Rustic Feathers® Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Rustic Feathers®, 1511 N Convent St. Suite 700-228, Bourbonnais, IL 60914 ("Sponsor"). Questions can be sent to support@rusticfeathersoutdoors.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Entry Periods

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods ("Entry Periods"). The first Entry Period begins October 29, 2026 and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Each following Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that month. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by updating this page; any Entry Period already underway will still be drawn.

4. How to Enter

There are two free ways to enter:

  • Email sign-up: Subscribe to the Rustic Feathers® email list using the sign-up form on rusticfeathersoutdoors.com. Everyone subscribed to the list at the end of an Entry Period is entered in that month's drawing, so you stay entered each month for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Entry by email (no subscription required): Send an email to support@rusticfeathersoutdoors.com with the subject line "Monthly Giveaway Entry" and your full name and email address. One email entry per person per Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, no matter which method is used. Entries made with multiple or false email addresses, or by any automated means, will be disqualified. Making a purchase does not give you additional entries.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded each Entry Period: one (1) Rustic Feathers® Cardinal Starter Kit, consisting of a Birds Choice Medium Hopper Bird Feeder and a 10 lb bag of Birds Choice Cardinals Crave wild bird seed. Approximate retail value: $84.98. The prize ships free to the winner's address in the United States. No cash alternative or transfer of the prize is allowed. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Drawing and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the end of each Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified at the email address used to enter and must reply with a valid U.S. shipping address within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may share the winner's first name, last initial, state and a photo of the prize on its website, emails and social media, without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. To the fullest extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from receipt or use of the prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to run the Giveaway and, for email subscribers, to send Rustic Feathers® emails, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

11. Winner List

For the name of a monthly winner, email support@rusticfeathersoutdoors.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
