Where are Rustic Feathers products made?
We carefully source high-quality bird feeders and accessories, including select Amish-made and USA-crafted products. Product origin details are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times vary by product. Specialty and freight items may take longer. Check the product page and our Shipping Policy, or contact us for current timing before ordering. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more to the lower 48 United States. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $7.99. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to assist with a return or exchange. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
What type of bird seed should I use?
Many of our feeders support sunflower seed, safflower seed, mixed seed, peanuts, suet, cracked corn, and mealworms. Check each product listing for recommended feed types.
