Overview

At Rustic Feathers™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Items returned in used or damaged condition not caused during shipping


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at:

We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging a replacement if applicable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items. Rustic Feathers™ cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
